Janet Marie "Jan" Jones was born in Richland on May 21, 1949, to Walter Nelson Jones ^Jr and Veva Doris Gilbert Jones.

Jan passed away at the age of 67 in Fairbanks on December 16, 2016.

She attended schools with the Class of 1967 at Richland's Columbia High School before moving to Fairbanks, AK where she graduated with the Class of 1967 at Lathrop High School.

Jan married Ronald Becker. To this union, two children were born. Reggie Douglas Becker was born February 23, 1969, in San Bernardino, CA. Ronda Lee Becker was born August 27, 1975, in Fairbanks, AK.

She had two half brothers, Richard W. Jones and Donald N. Jones.

Her husband, Ronald, passed away at the age of 66 on April 24, 2015.

Walter Nelson "Whimpy" Jones ^Jr, her father, passed away at the age of 81 in Pasco on October 3, 2004.

Veva Doris Gilbert Jones, her mother, passed away at the age of 90 in 2015 in Fairbanks.

Her daughter, Ronda, passed away at the age of 45 in Fairbanks on September 27, 2020.
