David Earl "Dave" Regimbal was born June 2, 1949 in Portland, Oregon to parents Vincent Joseph Regimbal and LuDean May Rouleau Regimbal. He died suddenly from heart failure on November 19, 2018 in West Richland.

He attended Spalding Elementary School in kindergarten, 1st through 8th grade at Christ the King Catholic School, 9th at Chief Jo Junior High School and graduated with the class of 1967 from Richland's Columbia High School. He attended several technical schools after high school.

Dave was a son, brother, cousin, husband, father, uncle, friend and was loved by many. He served in the U. S. Army in Vietnam in the 45th Medical Co. as a helicopter mechanic. He finished his working life with 37 years as a Heavy Equipment Technician for the City of Richland. He hunted, snowmobiled and loved to be in his jeep off-road in his younger years. He was an armchair political expert.

Dave is survived by his domestic partner, Helen Hoverson; his children, Heather Lynn Regimbal ('93) and Tammara Ann Claus Yourdan ('98); his sister, Rosemary Regimbal Thomas ('57); his brother, V. Eugene Regimbal ('59) (Anna Paula).

David was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Karen; his brother, Tom; brothers-in-law, Richard John Thomas and Michael Patrick Ryan; and his ex-wife Pamela Claus.
