Elizabeth Louise White Marks was born March 15, 1949, in Richland and died November 7, 1998, in Tacoma.

She attended Lewis and Clark Elementary School, Carmichael Junior High School and was an honorary member of the Class of 1967 at Richland's Columbia High School.

Louise was married in 1967 to David L. Marks. Louise and David made their home in Corvallis, OR and were both employed at Ormett-Wachang.

She is survived by her husband, David; her daughter, Marlo Christine (Mrs. David Anderson) from Bountiful, UT; three grandchildren: Brittney Rose, Jonah David and Sydney Rae. She was the daughter of Edward and Betty White from Seaview, WA; and the sister of: Edward White Jr (Viki), of Paulsbo, WA; Peggy White Main ('65), Elaine White Rahmig ('72) [Ronald] and Allan White all of Kennewick; and Charlotte White Prgomet ('82 honorary) (Greg) of SeaTac, WA; and aunt to ten nieces and nephews and seven grand nieces and nephews.

Louise loved life and lived life to the fullest with pride and dignity. She expected nothing but the best from everyone, including herself, and gave nothing but her best to all. She was very much loved and will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

Recitation of the Rosary was held at 7PM at Einan's Funeral Home on November 12, 1998. The Funeral Mass was at Christ the King Church at 11AM on November 13, 1998. Burial followed in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Richland. Pallbearers were her brothers: Edward and Allan; her God-son, Fernando Pruneda; and Ismiel, Leo and Jamie Pruneda. Honorary Pallbearers were David Anderson and David Peters.

Edward, passed away August 29, 2006.

Her sister, Lannie ('72), passed away December 30, 2021.
